We did not have a view out of our room which was on the second floor at the front of the hotel where other rooms on the first floor extend beyond the main tower, blocking any view. Although it was a non-smoking room, it did have a distinct musty odor.when first entering. The technician was very pleasant, to be sure. It was disappointing to not have that service.As well, the TV clicker didn't work - simply needed new batteries, but it took two calls to get that fixed. Additional towels were provided, and the garbage was emptied. We were disappointed that there was no housekeeping between the two nights' stay.- a staffing issue. There were certainly no issues with the amenities - Keurig coffeemaker, complimentry bottled water and good toiletries. The furniture, otherwise was minimalist with metal and arborite cabinets.Be careful for the corners of the coffee table. Even our room was spacious - comfortable king-size bed with excellent bedding, pillows and linen. The hotel is gorgeous - open spaces with towering central views and rooms circling the outside hallways.
